The BLCW Circles of Bethany
Esther Circle -Esther's Circle meets at Bethany at 10:00 AM on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. This group of women enjoy a continental breakfast along with their Bible Study. Their ministry projects include spending time with the Head Start children at Pine Point School in Ponsford, and selecting an international project to sponsor each year such as purchasing smokeless stoves through ELCA. At the rummage sales, you will find them managing the bake sale and providing lots of pies and goodies to eat.
Hannah Circle -Hannah Circle meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM in Bethany's fellowship hall. This group is comprised mostly of working women. They donate to numerous areas of need globally and within our community.
Rebecca Circle -Rebecca's Circle meets at the 3rd Thursday of the month, September through May, at 2 PM at the place of the hostess discretion. This is a group of varied age and interests. They meet for Bible Study and fellowship. Their projects include supporting Cornerstone, a transitional housing facility for families, by providing Christmas gifts for the children residing there and sponsor a child through Hands of Action International.
